- Gymnastics began this week
- Snowflake experiment and snow inquiry in blue and yellow team
We had our baby visit this week. Ask me to tell you about
our Roots of Empathy baby. We have noticed a big difference in the way they look and how they've grown.
We took a closer look at the letter A. Ask me draw an upper case and lower case letter in the air for you. I should ALWAYS be starting my letters at the top going down.
I can sing our Jolly phonics song with you! "ah-ah, ants on my arm....."

On Friday, our school trout eggs arrived! The PM class
visited the tank and we learned that we will be raising them from the egg stage
to the fry stage and releasing them in May. There are 65 eggs that came. Ask me
to tell you to describe what the eggs look like right now. AM class will get to see them on Monday.

Housekeeping:
Friday January 20, AM attends.
Swimming ability forms return by Monday Jan 16.
We would encourage all students to participate in the
swimming. If you or your child is concerned about swimming because they have
very little experience with water, please know that they are in VERY good
hands! The instructors at Bob Bahan are fantastic and your child’s teacher will
be on the swimming deck as well to assist. Students will be expected to attend
school that week if they do not participate in swimming. They will join a grade
½ class for the duration of swimming days. If you have any questions or
concerns, please contact your child’s teacher.
