BLOG OF THE WEEK:

Dear Mom and Dad:

What a great week we had! I am becoming more familiar with the routines of my classroom and learning what my job is at school. This week we talked about what a line was. Ask me to tell you what it is. Did you know that lines are everywhere in our world? Ask me to find some lines for you. We later learned that when a line connects, it makes a shape! We are taking a closer look at what a circle is this week. Click here to listen to the circle song. I can sing it with you!

We practiced drawing many different kinds of lines and discovered that lines come in all different shapes and sizes.

Ask me to tell you about some of the centers I visited and who I have played with.

We also got a change to go on the playground and enjoy some fresh air with my friends.

Question of the week: Post on the blog some circles that you found? Where did you find them?

Love,

Kindergarten
